NEIL YOUNG ” TALKIN’ TO THE TREES ”
Neil Young recently announced the release of a new studio album titled “Talkin to the Trees” on June 13.
This is her first album with her new group The Chrome Hearts,
It contains ten new songs that serve as Young’s statements on the global situation following the change of presidency in the United States.
The first single from this new album, “Big Change,” was released on the day of the presidential inauguration and demonstrated Neil’s commitment to global reality.
“Talkin to the Trees” was produced by Neil Young along with Lou Adler.
Recorded at Shangri La Studios (Malibu), it is a refreshing step forward in a long career that has already spanned six decades.
The album’s ten songs were composed by Young. His new backing group, The Chrome Hearts, consists of Spooner Oldham (organ), Micah Nelson (guitar and vocals), Corey McCormick (bass and vocals), and Anthony LoGerfo (drums).
