THE ROLLING STONES “Hackney Diamonds” marked The Rolling Stones’ return, serving as their first album of original studio material since “A Bigger Bang” (2005). The album features the GRAMMY-nominated single “Angry” and “Sweet Sounds of Heaven,” with vocals by Lady Gaga and piano by Stevie Wonder. The late drummer Charlie Watts appears on two tracks—”Mess It Up” and “Live by The Sword”—alongside Bill Wyman. Other collaborations include contributions from Paul McCartney and Elton John. This blue 2LP edition celebrates the first anniversary of “Hackney Diamonds”; it is a limited special edition that, in addition to the original album, includes “Live at Racket NYC”—featuring seven tracks the band performed live for the first time at their New York launch event on October 19, 2023. The 24-page booklet includes photographs of the performance by Kevin Mazur.
